- vernal_thymeWent back to that lamb place again recently and got the charcoal-grilled lamb ribs and grilled lamb heart. Honestly the grill timing was spot on — crispy outside, super juicy inside, and the juices were just exploding with every bite. The lamb heart was cleaned really well too, and when you bite into it it's like silky smooth, totally addictive. The place was pretty packed but they still had seats upstairs which was a lifesaver. The lamb is fresh, smells amazing, and honestly it goes so well with a cold beer it's ridiculous. They also have freshly sliced lamb you can do hotpot style — super tender and the broth is light without that gamey taste. Great spot for hanging out with friends, definitely coming back.
