- Ellis_17I've been here a few times before and went back to try the new angus snowflake beef short rib they just added. The marbling looked gorgeous and it grilled up so nicely — crispy and a little charred on the edges. Wrapped it up with some lettuce and pickled veggies, super refreshing with all that richness. The garlic oysters were just as amazing as always, huge ones packed with intense garlicky goodness, honestly so satisfying. Place is still spotlessly clean, love the industrial-style decor, really good vibe and super photogenic. Service is consistently attentive — they kept swapping out the grill plates and refilling sauces without us having to ask. Oh and the new grilled eel they added this time? Definitely worth trying, tasted great and the portion was generous too.
