- enormous_soybeanThe pan-fried buns had this super crispy bottom and when you bit into them the soup just burst out, so good. The shrimp ones were especially fresh and tender. Got the set menu which was a pretty fair price and it came with this winter melon drink that was perfect for cutting through all the richness. Tried the shepherd's purse pan-fried buns too and they tasted really authentic, kinda like homemade. The duck blood vermicelli soup was loaded with stuff, and paired with the scallion oil noodles it was honestly so satisfying. Staff were friendly and the food came out fast, great spot for a quick lunch on a workday.
