  The clear broth in the copper pot was bubbling away, and the freshly sliced lamb was seriously fresh — just a quick dip for a few seconds and it was done. Rolled it up with some sesame paste and wow, the meaty flavor mixed with the sauce was so good. Warm, cozy vibes all around.
