- Ari_13Honestly the food here looks amazing AND tastes even better — totally took my buddy here for a dinner and felt pretty fancy doing it. The gold brick foie gras roast duck (金砖鹅肝烤鸭) is their signature dish and I get why. They roast it right there and slice it up fresh, the duck skin is super crispy and the foie gras is so silky and rich, every bite had layers going on. Then we got the deep sea flounder braised with octopus (深海鲽鱼烧八爪), the fish was crazy tender and like zero bones to worry about, plus the octopus had that perfect QQ bouncy texture (you know what I mean lol), and the sauce was seasoned just right. Oh and the grilled Angus beef short rib — the outside was charred and smoky, inside still juicy and tender, dip it in the sauce and it's just SO good. Definitely coming back if I get the chance.
