The lamb skewers were cooked perfectly — nice balance of fatty and lean, super juicy, every bite was packed with meaty flavor. But the real star for me was the shredded pork floss youtiao — crispy on the outside, pillowy soft inside, and the pork floss was so fluffy and not greasy at all. The sweet and tangy sauce they put on it takes it to another level. Also tried the garlic-pickled pork intestines, and wow they cleaned them really well, super chewy in the best way, and the garlic flavor just melts right in. The place itself is clean, has that amazing smoky vibe going on, and feels perfect for grabbing a bite after work with friends. Definitely coming back.
