Served with fresh garlic chive flowers and chili peppers on the side which honestly made them next level. The hand-grabbed lamb was so juicy it literally burst in your mouth, melted away with barely any gamey taste at all. Place was clean and tidy, seats were spaced out enough that it never felt cramped. The Tan sheep soup in the clay pot was rich and fragrant, really hit the spot and warmed you up without feeling too heavy. They also had Ningxia eight treasure tea which paired perfectly with the whole northwest vibe. Overall solid experience, would come back.
