Dishes
Traditional Nagoya-style OmuriceA traditional Nagoya-style tamagoyaki is a Japanese dish made primarily from eggs, layered and cooked to form a thick, soft omelet. Eggs are beaten with a pinch of salt and sugar, then cooked in batches in a flat pan, folded while setting, repeated until shaped, then sliced into portions.
Semi-Rare Wagyu BeefSemi-rare wagyu beef uses premium tenderloin with fine texture and marbling. Sliced and lightly seasoned with salt and black pepper, cooked slowly at low temperature or quickly seared to a pink center, keeping it tender and juicy.
Wagyu Sukiyaki Hot PotWagyu Sukiyaki is a Japanese hot pot dish primarily made with high-quality wagyu beef slices, vegetables, and tofu. The ingredients are placed in a shallow pot, seasoned with a specially prepared sukiyaki sauce, and cooked and eaten while simmering to preserve the original flavors of the ingredients.
Mashed Potato Warm Egg SaladMashed potatoes with soft-boiled egg, mixed with lettuce and cherry tomatoes, dressed with salad dressing. Potatoes are steamed and mashed, blended with cream or milk for texture. Soft-boiled egg has a runny yolk.
Panda Blessing Sukiyaki Hot PotBear-shaped Fukusuki hot pot features beef slices, tofu, cabbage, konjac noodles, and mushrooms, cooked in a sweet soy sauce broth. Served with dashi or Japanese soy sauce base, ingredients are eaten directly from the pot or dipped in raw egg for enhanced flavor.
Hawaiian-style Thick OmeletteA Hawaiian-style thick omelet made with eggs and ingredients like ham, corn, and peas. Eggs are mixed with fillings, cooked in a pan until semi-set, then folded into a thick roll and repeatedly fried until fully cooked, resulting in a soft and delicate texture.
Pan-Fried TofuPan-fried tofu is a traditional dish with tofu as its main ingredient. The tofu is sliced and pan-fried in oil until both sides are golden brown, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior. To enhance the flavor, you can add chopped green onions and minced ginger during cooking—simple yet delicious.
Juicy Chicken CubesJuicy chicken pieces made from thigh meat, marinated and lightly coated in starch or batter, then fried until crispy outside and tender inside. High heat locks in moisture for a juicy, tender bite.
Pork Cutlet with Cheese and Perilla RollPork cutlet cheese basil rolls are made by wrapping sliced pork tenderloin with cheese and fresh perilla leaves, then pan-fried or grilled. Key ingredients include pork tenderloin, cheese, and perilla leaves, creating a crispy exterior and soft interior as the cheese melts and perilla releases its aroma.
Totoro CakeA Totoro cake is a dessert made primarily from cream, eggs, flour, and sugar, often decorated with green cream and black sugar pearls to resemble the animated character Totoro. Soft inside with a creamy outer layer, it's adorable and commonly used for children's birthdays or themed parties.
Reviews
- Ellis_2Came here with a friend and honestly loved the vibe. The decor is super pretty, really nice spot for photos. We got the wagyu sukiyaki hotpot and wow, the beef was piled on in a thick layer, dipped in the egg and it was so tender. Tasted really authentic. Also tried these plum tomatoes as an appetizer, sweet and tangy, perfect to wake up your taste buds, and the portion was generous. And omg the dessert area had this Totoro-shaped cake, looked adorable and super realistic, super rich too. Staff were really attentive and food came out fast. Whole experience was just super chill and fun, would totally come back.
