Reviews
- vanilla_crocusThe eel rice was honestly so good — the eel itself was super flavorful but not greasy at all, really tender, and the tea-soaked rice underneath had soaked up all the sauce which gave it this crazy depth of flavor. Place has a Japanese izakaya vibe going on, lots of wood and warm lighting, super chill and relaxing. The Japanese fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and that yuzu dipping sauce was a nice touch to cut through the richness. When we walked in they gave us free little side dishes and soup too, which I wasn't expecting — felt like a really thoughtful touch. Overall pretty great value for what you get, ingredients tasted fresh and super authentic. Would totally come back.
