Reviews
- Blair_32Found this Fujian spot on the fifth floor of Raffles, super easy to get to. We ordered the Wuyi Mountain Da Hong Pao spicy fish — super fresh, the broth was rich and packed with flavor, honestly so satisfying. The oyster omelette had a lighter, milder taste which was perfect since I can't handle anything too heavy. And the spring bamboo shoot shaped cake? Such a cute idea, mousse was super smooth and the Oreo crumbs at the bottom added a really nice touch. Food came out fast too, service was friendly. Just right for two of us — no waiting around, no wasted time. Would come back for sure.
