Premium Tofu SkinPremium tofu skin is a traditional dish primarily made with fresh tofu skin. The tofu skin is carefully selected for its delicate texture and smooth, tender taste. During preparation, the tofu skin is briefly blanched to remove excess impurities, then cooked with simple seasonings to preserve its natural flavor.
Grilled Lamb Skewers from Inner Mongolia选用新鲜草原羔羊肉,切成均匀肉块,腌制入味后穿串。经高温油炸至金黄酥脆,肉质鲜嫩多汁,搭配特制酱料,呈现出独特风味。
Spicy Shrimp PasteXia Bu Xia Hua is a dish made primarily from fresh shrimp, where the shrimp are deveined and minced into a paste. After adding an appropriate amount of starch, egg white, and seasonings, the mixture is thoroughly blended to form the shrimp paste. It is typically cooked in hot pot, but can also be prepared with other ingredients.
RamenRamen is a noodle dish primarily made with noodles, meat, or vegetables. The noodles are stretched by hand or machine, giving them a certain elasticity and chewiness. It is typically served with various broths and seasonings, and can be enjoyed either hot or cold.
Spicy and Rich Hot Pot BaseA rich and spicy broth made by carefully simmering a blend of spices and chili peppers. The broth has a bright red color and emits an enticing aroma. When ingredients are cooked in it, they fully absorb the essence of the spicy soup, resulting in a complex and layered flavor.
Romaine lettuce and Chinese chivesA cold dish made primarily from lettuce and chrysanthemum greens. Wash and dry the greens, cut into segments, then mix with seasonings and serve.
Enoki MushroomEnoki mushrooms, using fresh enoki mushrooms as the main ingredient, are typically stir-fried or steamed with seasonings such as garlic and chili, preserving their tender texture and nutritional value—a quick and popular home-cooked dish.

Fish tofu is made from fish meat and starch, then steamed or fried; beef balls are formed by mixing beef mince with seasonings, either by hand or machine, then boiled or pan-fried. The combination offers contrasting textures—fish tofu is soft and tender, while beef balls are chewy and elastic.
Sesame Sauce FlatbreadSesame paste flatbread is made primarily from flour, combined with sesame paste, oil, and other seasonings. The dough is fermented, wrapped around a sesame paste filling, then brushed with sesame seeds and baked until golden and crispy.
Reviews
- Reese_3I've been here a few times before and came back with a friend this time. The place is still just as clean and tidy as I remembered, and there's plenty of seating — totally fine for two people. The sesame paste shaobing (麻酱烧饼) was as good as ever, super flaky and crumbly, honestly so good. The set menu is a really good deal, and it's easy to add more dishes. The staff even reminded us to refill our tea, which was a nice touch. Service is still super warm and attentive like before, and the food still tastes fresh. Overall, great experience — I'll definitely be back.
