The space is huge and they've got the classic charcoal copper hotpot setup, which honestly gives it such a great vibe. Definitely order the lamb shoulder and the high-calcium lamb rolls — super tender with a little crunch from the cartilage, and dipped in sesame paste?? absolutely insane. The lamb skewers are charcoal-grilled too and cooked perfectly. But fair warning, the Sunite premium lamb ribeye was a bit too fatty for me and kinda fell apart in the pot, so maybe just try a little first. The fried mantou slices and the steamed cornbread were both really fragrant — just eat them hot though, they lose something once they cool down. Mushroom platter and the green bamboo shoots were super generous portions, and the clear broth really lets you taste the ingredients.
