  Matcha latte is a beverage primarily made with matcha powder and milk. The preparation involves mixing matcha powder with a small amount of hot water, then whisking it evenly with a bamboo whisk until frothy. Hot milk is then added and gently stirred to fully blend the matcha with the milk.

  Got the iced coffee special — came with sugar crystals and a lemon slice on the rim. The flavors hit in layers, sweet first then bitter, with a little lemon tang at the end. Paired it with a chestnut cake that was a bit on the sweet side, kinda had raisins in it, and honestly it went really well with the pour-over. They have a solid pour-over menu too, beans are self-roasted and you can totally smell the nutty aroma. The Guatemala single origin was my favorite, medium-dark roast, super rich. Place is spacious and quiet, great for getting work done or just chilling for a bit. They have outdoor seats where you can catch some sun — would be so nice sitting out there chatting on a summer day. Coffee gear is legit and the service is professional, whole experience was solid.
