Reviews
- haunted_speltLast time I came here for the beef brisket hotpot and the broth was super rich and the brisket was fall-apart tender, so I figured I'd give it another go. This time they had a few more condiments on the side which made everything taste way more layered. The Chaoshan-style beef balls were still crazy bouncy, and with the chili sauce on top they really hit. I thought the vibe was kinda meh before but they switched out the tables and chairs so it feels a lot cleaner now. Beef brisket hotpot with rice is honestly so good, the broth soaks into the rice and it's just so satisfying. Overall every time I come there's a little surprise waiting for me.
