- cunning_ostrichThe dumplings here are seriously good — skins are super thin but they hold up, and when you bite in you get this burst of juicy pork that just hits the spot. We also tried the shepherd's purse and pork wontons, and the herb flavor was really fresh without taking over the meat, which I appreciated. The sour and spicy broth with chili oil was perfect with the fennel pork dumplings — tangy, a little numbing, totally addictive. The place itself is clean and bright, and you can actually watch them folding the dumplings right in front of you, which is a nice touch and makes you feel good about what you're eating. Honestly the only miss was the beef dumplings, kinda bland — I'd skip those next time. But everything else? Definitely coming back.
