We had the tripe and shrimp paste to dip in and both were so tender and fresh. The mushroom and chicken broth side was honestly amazing too, really rich and warming. Definitely try the Chongqing braised chicken feet — they were fall-apart tender with that sticky skin and super juicy meat, so satisfying to eat. Everything tasted really fresh which made me feel good about eating here, and the service was attentive too. Great spot, I'd come back for sure.
