The live eel is the real star here — they grill it fresh to order, and the meat is super firm but still tender, with that rich sweet soy glaze that's just perfect, not too sweet, not too salty. The diaphragm meat was insane, so juicy after grilling with this amazing chewy membrane texture, every bite was different. Staff were pros at grilling everything, nailed the timing every time, and the slices were the perfect size to just grab and eat. M9 ribeye sliced fresh was a total melt-in-your-mouth situation, great marbling and so flavorful. You can tell the ingredients are top notch and the dipping sauces they give you are honestly so good I kept going back for more.
