The lamb tendon skewers are 6 kuai each and the meat has that perfect chewy bite — honestly tastes even better than plain lamb skewers. The grilled fish tofu and grilled shrimp were super flavorful too, nice and crispy on the outside but still tender inside. I used to think electric grill skewers were missing that real smoky vibe, but this place actually delivers. Ingredients tasted fresh and the marinade was on point. The shop wasn't crowded at all, just the owner and his mom hustling around, which gave it a really down-to-earth feel. Everything I tried this time was solid, definitely gonna come back and work my way through the rest of the menu.
