The staff had this whole "we're above you" vibe going on, super unhelpful attitude, asked them anything and they basically had no clue. Waiters kept passing the buck to each other, nobody wanted to take responsibility, and their actual skills were just not there. The room decor and gym equipment don't even come close to five-star... pretty disappointed for the price.
