The lamb was sliced so thin you could practically see through it, and the slices actually stood up on the plate without falling over. Dip it in the hot pot for just a few seconds and it's perfectly tender and flavorful. The sesame sauce they make in-house is rich and so smooth, and the freshly fried chili oil on the side adds a really nice kick. The self-serve veggie bar had a great mix of fresh seasonal greens, which was perfect for balancing out the lamb so you don't feel too heavy. The whole place has this cool old-school Chinese vibe, super clean and bright, and the staff were genuinely attentive — they even handed me hot water while they were cutting the meat at the table. Honestly left feeling super satisfied, everything tasted fresh and the textures were spot on.
