Dishes
Health Nourishing Hot PotHealth-preserving hot pot features fresh vegetables, mushrooms, soy products, and lean meat, seasoned with Chinese herbs like goji berries, astragalus, and angelica. Slow-cooked in water or broth, ingredients are layered in the pot for a flavorful, nutritious meal enjoyed as they cook.
Ice CreamIce cream is a frozen dessert primarily made from cream, sugar, and flavorings. By mixing these ingredients and freezing them at low temperatures, a soft and smooth ice cream is produced. It has a delicate texture and extremely low temperature, making it an ideal treat for cooling off in summer.
Fresh SalmonFresh salmon is a cold appetizer made primarily with fresh salmon. The salmon is carefully prepared to maintain its tender texture, then served with a specially crafted sauce that highlights its unique seafood flavor. This dish is simple to prepare, with emphasis on the freshness of the ingredients and the careful blending of the sauce.
Ancient Recipe Treasure Buddha Jumps Over the WallAncient-style珍品佛跳墙 is a traditional Fujian dish featuring abalone, sea cucumber, shark fin, scallop, fish maw, pig trotters, chicken, duck, and ham. Layered in a clay pot with broth and Shaoxing wine, it's sealed and slowly stewed for hours to blend flavors.
Thai Golden Lychee DurianThai Golden Lychee Durian is a dish featuring Thai Golden Lychee Durian as the main ingredient, typically eaten fresh without complex cooking. The flesh is rich and creamy, perfect with a few ice cubes or as a dessert topping.
Grilled SkewersSkewers are primarily made by cutting meat (such as lamb, beef, or chicken) or vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, and eggplant) into small pieces, threading them onto bamboo skewers, marinating them, and then grilling over charcoal or an electric grill.
Grilled DurianGrilled durian is a dish primarily made with fresh durian flesh. After removing the shell, the durian flesh is directly placed in an oven to bake, making its texture softer and sweeter. No additional seasonings are typically added during preparation, preserving the natural flavor of the durian.
Wiener Schnitzel Flame SteakThe steak is seared, then enhanced with Viognier wine and seasonings. Alcohol is ignited to reduce the sauce, creating a flame effect. The surface is crispy while the inside remains tender, with rich wine aroma.

The duck is slowly roasted over fruit wood in a custom-built oven, resulting in crispy skin and tender meat, with a bright red color and rich aroma.

Reviews
- Quincy_10This Langlizi music buffet is on the 3rd floor of the Xishan Garden Hotel, super easy to find. The vibe is honestly the best part — the space is huge, the decor is really nice, and there's a stage in the middle with a live band playing. The atmosphere was amazing. Tons of food options too, like Chinese hot dishes, Japanese sashimi, Western steak and lamb chops, plus a live seafood tank and small hotpots. A few must-tries: the fresh abalone you can cook in the little hotpot, the pan-seared foie gras with blueberry sauce and bread was so good, and the steak and grilled skewers were solid. The dessert section had a lot to choose from and Haagen-Dazs ice cream was unlimited which was a huge win. Service was super attentive, anytime we called they were right there. I'd say get there right at 11am so you can take your time picking stuff out. Overall the ingredients were fresh, quality was on point, great spot for hanging out with friends or a family celebration. If you care about the atmosphere and the whole experience, definitely worth checking out.
