  This Enshi place is seriously good, super recommend the lotus root soup from home — it's the powdery kind of lotus root, soft and full of flavor, and it even has that classic stringy pull when you pull it apart, tasted exactly like what I had back in Enshi. The Wuhan beef noodles and the bbq were also amazing, especially their signature chicken feet, literally melt in your mouth, fall right off the bone, sooo good. The vibe and service were both great and the price is unbeatable. The owner and staff are all from Hubei too so you know it's the real deal.
