Reviews
- estival_beechThis place really nails the old Beijing vibe. The fried liver was super flavorful, thick gravy without that funky taste, and the liver and intestines were cleaned really well — nice and rich. The sesame bun stuffed with braised pork was insane, crispy outside with this savory meat filling that just bursts with juice when you bite in. The giant rolled steamed bun was huge, packed with solid meat filling, one bite and it's all meaty goodness. Honestly eating the fried liver with the steamed buns together is the move, buns were thin-skinned with tons of filling and crazy juicy. Everything tasted fresh and the combos were super authentic. I left totally satisfied.
