Reviews
- ebony_octopusOkay so I tried this snail noodle place and honestly it's not like anything I've had before — the flavor is super unique. The pickled bamboo shoots are crunchy and fresh, not too sour, and the broth is made with pork bones so it's really rich and savory but not greasy at all. The rice noodles are silky and chewy and they soak up the broth perfectly. The fried egg was wild though — golden and crispy on the outside but when you bite in it just bursts with broth, so good. Place was pretty packed but tables turn over fast and the staff were friendly. Definitely add the fried egg, it takes the whole thing to another level. Would come back for sure.
