Dishes
PotatoPotatoes are peeled and cut into cubes or slices, then cooked by frying, boiling, steaming, or stir-frying. Common preparations include potato shreds, braised potatoes with meat, mashed potatoes, and french fries. The main ingredient is potatoes, with optional seasonings such as scallions, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers added according to taste.
TripeTripe, primarily made from the rumen of cattle, is finely processed to achieve a tender texture. It is typically sliced and served with spicy hot pot or cold dressing, offering a crisp and refreshing taste—making it a popular choice in hot pot dishes.
Beef TripeBeef tripe is made from fresh beef tripe, which is cleaned, sliced, and quickly stir-fried with seasonings such as garlic and ginger. The dish features distinct tripe slices with a tender yet slightly chewy texture.
LettuceLettuce is a common vegetable known for its tender green leaves and crisp texture. It can be eaten raw as the main ingredient in salads or combined with various seasonings and sauces to enhance flavor. Additionally, lettuce is often used to wrap or decorate other foods, such as grilled meats and burgers.
Stone Pot FishStone pot fish features fresh fish as the main ingredient, paired with various vegetables and seasonings. During cooking, fish pieces are marinated to absorb flavor, then placed into a preheated stone pot with broth and ingredients, slowly stewed until the fish meat is tender and juicy, with a rich and flavorful broth.
Beef SlicesBeef slices are thin cuts of beef used in cooking, commonly found in hot pot, stir-frying, or grilling. They are typically frozen before slicing to maintain tenderness, and can be quickly stir-fried or涮煮 (simmered) directly in the pan.
Sour CabbageSauerkraut is a type of pickled vegetable made from fresh vegetables through a pickling process. Reviews
- cosmic_dateMet up with a friend over the weekend wanting to try something different, picked a place not too far away. Ordered a black fish, they killed it and cooked it right there on the spot, the fish was super tender and the broth was slightly tangy and really opened up the appetite, felt really good eating it. The side dishes were pretty solid too — soybean sprouts and pickled radish, both helped cut the spice and the greasiness. The vibe inside isn't amazing but it's clean overall, and service was fine. Honestly felt way more relaxed after eating, compared to the usual work stress this kind of time together was honestly so healing.
