Reviews
- hyper_jacarandaCame back again recently and of course had to order their signature lamb with sand onions — the lamb was seriously so tender, and the fresh, mild flavor of the sand onions totally killed any gamey taste. Such a clean, refreshing bite. The thick-cut beef tallow roast was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and stuffing it in the little sesame flatbread was incredible. The place still looks the same as always, super lively and full of that smoky, bustling vibe — wood tables and chairs with retro decorations that make you feel like you're sitting in some old Beijing hutong alley. The servers handle all the grilling for you too, so you don't have to lift a finger. Also tried the pickled cabbage with lamb and honestly that's worth ordering — goes perfectly with the grilled meat.
