Dishes
Double-Sided Chicken WingsDouble-sided chicken wings are a dish featuring chicken wings as the main ingredient. After marinating, they are pan-fried on both sides until golden brown, with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy interior. Common marinade ingredients include soy sauce, cooking wine, and ginger slices, then cooked by pan-frying or grilling.
Big Dumpling Noodle SoupGedou Tang is a traditional noodle soup made by kneading flour into dough, rolling it into strips, and tearing it into small pieces before boiling. Main ingredients include flour, water, and a little salt, with optional additions like vegetables, meat, or eggs. The dough is divided into small portions and torn by hand into irregular-sized dumplings, then boiled in water and seasoned with flavorings and side dishes.
Grilled OystersGrilled oysters is a seafood dish with oysters as the main ingredient. To prepare, clean the oysters thoroughly and place them on a grill, then roast over moderate heat. As the temperature rises, the oysters naturally open up, revealing tender and juicy meat. Enjoying them with a specially prepared sauce enhances the rich and varied flavor.
Garlic Chicken WingsGarlic chicken wings are made by marinating chicken wings with garlic, soy sauce, and cooking wine, then pan-frying or grilling. The garlic blends well with the wings, resulting in a tender texture and rich aroma.
Honey Glazed Chicken WingsHoney-glazed chicken wings is a dish primarily made with chicken wings, marinated and then baked. The chicken wings are coated with a special honey glaze, roasted until golden and crispy on the outside, while the inside remains tender and juicy. The sweet aroma of the honey glaze perfectly blends with the savory flavor of the chicken.
Spicy Devil Chicken WingsSpicy chicken wings made with chicken wings, marinated and then fried or grilled. Marinated with chili powder, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, ginger, soy sauce for flavor. Crispy outside, juicy inside, with intense spiciness.
Fresh Cut Meat SkewersFreshly cut meat skewers are made by slicing fresh meat into small pieces, threading them onto bamboo sticks, marinating, and grilling. Common ingredients include pork, beef, or chicken, seasoned with green onions, ginger, garlic, and grilled over charcoal or in a烤炉 until fully cooked.
Black Pepper Roasted WingsBlack pepper roasted wings use chicken wings as the main ingredient, marinated and then baked in an oven. Common marinade ingredients include soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic, ginger, and black pepper for flavor. The exterior becomes slightly charred while the inside remains tender.
Reviews
- Lior_1Honestly this place was such a vibe. We went kinda late after hitting up Universal and wow, still packed — they stay open super late which is perfect cuz we were starving. The grilled chicken wings were the real star tho. They have like 12+ flavors and they're all cooked over charcoal so the outside is crispy and the inside is super juicy, literally bursts in your mouth. We got the devil spicy ones and oh my god they are no joke — it's got a bunch of different chilies mixed in, no weird fake stuff, starts sweet then hits you with heat that just keeps building. If you can handle spice you HAVE to try these. My friend got the honey garlic and black pepper ones too, way more mild, good for people who don't do spicy. The skewers were also really good, lamb leg meat ones are super generous, like six skewers comes out to half a jin and they don't skimp. Also tried the fried pork tendon, these little chicken knuckle things, and deboned chicken feet — all amazing with a cold beer. The duck head and cold appetizers were super popular, saw a bunch of other tables ordering them. The whole place has this awesome smoky street food energy, industrial style decor, and they have outdoor terrace seats where you can just chill with the breeze. So good. Definitely coming back next time I'm at Universal.
