We ordered the slow-cooked fish maw and golden broth base, which was rich and yellow, incredibly savory, and the fish maw was delightfully chewy and nutritious. The open meat shop had freshly sliced grain-fed beef, which was so tender it melted in your mouth after a quick dip. The seafood was also super fresh; the geoduck and abalone were brimming with the taste of the ocean.
