The lamb soup was seriously good — super fresh with a rich meaty flavor, and even though the broth looks clear, it packs a ton of taste. The baked flatbreads were made fresh and the outside is nice and crispy but the inside is soft and fluffy, which goes perfectly with the soup. Also got the lamb offal soup and everything in it was cleaned really well, nice variety of textures. They gave us this chili oil thing on the house made with lamb fat — mixed it into the flatbread and wow, so good. Place is near Maquanying, not hard to find at all. Overall super satisfied, would totally come back.
