The grilled fish had a great smoky flavor, tons of protein, and the oil was kept in check which made me feel good about eating it. Packaging was super nice, though the bag had a bit of a smell inside so not the easiest to bring to the office. Calories were clearly labeled, which is great if you're in a cutting phase like me. For a diet-friendly meal, the value is definitely decent.
