The crispy beef tripe was amazing too, just gotta dunk it for about 10 seconds or the texture is unbeatable. Staff were super attentive, kept refilling the broth and swapping out our plates without us even asking. Everything tasted really fresh and the portions were huge. Honestly one of the most chill hotpot meals I've had. Definitely coming back.
