Reviews
- Quinn_24This place is up on the 5th floor of Wanyou Hui, right next to Haidilao, and it's got that clean but lively vibe that makes you wanna sit down and stay a while. I went for the mixed small noodles first — noodles were super chewy and springy, peas were soft and kinda creamy, and the chili was fragrant without being too aggressive. Like, really authentic flavor. Then I tried the braised pig brain and wow, it was actually amazing?? Spicy, numbing, just packed with flavor, and the texture was so silky and tender. The garlic and cilantro on top really brought it together. Also got the warm pot skewers at a mild spicy level which was perfect for me — the beef tripe was nice and crispy, the chicken gizzards had a great chew to them. They even brought out some ice jelly to cool down the spice, and it was just sweet enough without being sugary. Oh and the staff actually told me how to mix the noodles properly which was clutch. Honestly whole experience was super comfortable, I'd totally come back.
