Reviews
- wise_pansyThe braised pork intestines are a must-order — super tender and packed with flavor, soaked in this amazing secret broth that just bursts with juice in every bite. Seriously so much going on with the textures. The fried stuffed sausages were crispy on the outside, juicy inside, totally soaked up the broth and I honestly couldn't stop eating them. They also do a vegetarian version of the braised dish that's really solid, which is great if you don't eat meat. The place itself is clean and cozy, with wooden tables and chairs and these warm yellow lights that give it a real old Beijing hutong vibe. The owner works super fast and is really friendly, prices are honest, and overall I left feeling completely satisfied. Definitely coming back!
