Reviews
- Winter_27This place is honestly a hidden gem for Japanese food lovers!! Tucked inside a building on Tianze Road, the setup is super cool — the dining area is on the left and on the right there's this little Japanese seafood market where you pick out whatever sashimi you want straight from the cooler and they slice it up right there for you. That alone was such a fun experience. The craziest part? They had a whole bluefin tuna laid out right in front of us, and the medium fatty tuna and lean akami were both all-you-can-eat. The staff kept coming by asking if we wanted more, which was so generous. The sashimi quality is honestly top-notch, everything cut thick, and the bluefin tuna belly was so fatty it basically melted in my mouth. For under 100 bucks?? No way. Beyond the sashimi, the grilled squid was cooked perfectly, killer beer food. And you HAVE to try the free miso soup — it actually has real fish in it and tastes super fresh. The vibe is lively, great for hanging out with friends, and even on a weekday night it was pretty packed, so I'd say get there a bit early.
