- OakleyThe fish broth with yellow croaker and fish maw was honestly so worth trying — the mink part was super rich and silky, almost layered as you sip it. The Canadian geoduck (象拔蚌) was sliced paper thin, super fresh and sweet, like it just came out of the ocean. And the hand-cut black-haired wagyu beef had really nice marbling, the second it hit the broth it just soaked up all that flavor. The place itself was bright and spacious, got a window seat with a pretty good view, overall vibe was really comfy. Service was solid too — dishes came out at a good pace, they swapped out plates and topped up the tea without you having to ask, whole meal went super smooth.
