Dishes
Top BrainOnglade is a dish primarily made from beef brisket, marinated and then grilled. Beef brisket refers to the area located behind the shoulder and neck, on both sides of the spine. It features an even balance of fat and lean meat, with tender, juicy, and soft texture that melts in your mouth. It has low fat content but high protein levels, making it ideal for grilling or hot pot cooking.
Snowfall in the CapitalBeijing Snow is an exquisite dessert made from fresh milk, blended with soft cream and fine sugar, then carefully stirred and frozen. A light dusting of powdered sugar on the surface resembles snowflakes falling over Beijing in winter—both visually stunning and adding a delightful layer of texture.
Traditional Sesame PasteTraditional sesame sauce is a Chinese seasoning paste made from sesame paste, enhanced with garlic paste, coriander, and other ingredients. It has a bright yellow color and a smooth texture, serving as a dipping sauce for hot pot or boiled meats, as well as a dressing for cold dishes or a flavor enhancer in cooking, adding a rich, nutty aroma and taste to the dish.
Four-Style Hot Pot PlatterFour-slice hot pot platter features beef, lamb, fish, and tofu skin slices, served raw and cooked in boiling water before dipping in sauce.

Lamb SkewersLamb skewers are made by cutting fresh, tender lamb into chunks, threading them onto bamboo or metal skewers, and marinating before grilling directly over charcoal. During grilling, the lamb's fat drips onto the fire, creating smoke that熏 (smokes) the meat, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior with rich aroma.

Reviews
- cheesy_brambleWe actually went out of our way to hit the new Jubao Yuan location and honestly it was worth the trip. It's tucked right behind Joy City on Qingnian Lu, super easy to find, and the new spot is way nicer and more spacious than I expected — there's even private rooms if you're coming with a group. The meat is really the star here. The hand-sliced lamb and the signature lamb neck were both super fresh, big portions, and once you drop them in the pot they're tender with no gamey taste at all. Their sesame paste is the real MVP — rich, thick, full of flavor, and even the little dish they serve it in is kinda cute and unique. They use mineral water from Jingxi Lingshan for the broth, which I guess is supposed to make the meat taste even better, and yeah it does. Service was solid too, the staff kept bringing stuff out fast and were really attentive. Price-wise it's pretty reasonable, especially since I think they're running some kind of promotion right now. Great spot for friends or a family dinner. Only heads up — don't go at peak dinner time on the weekend unless you wanna wait for a table.
