- Gray_9The Angus beef brisket was really nicely marbled — fat and lean all mixed together, cooked till just slightly charred on the outside and super tender and juicy inside. Wrap it up with the spicy kimchi and some fresh lettuce and it's honestly the perfect combo, cuts through all the richness so well. All the different cuts in the set were fresh, you could see the marbling super clearly, and each one had its own thing going on texture-wise. The staff actually came over and grilled the meat for you, plus they'd tell you the best heat for each cut, which was a really nice touch. Inside it kinda has that Korean BBQ vibe going on — relaxed atmosphere, seats are spaced out so you're not cramped. They swapped out the grill plate pretty often too, which just made the whole meal flow way better.
