- gawky_acornThis place is kinda tucked away in the basement of a mall, took us a minute to find it. It's a Vietnamese pho spot and we got the signature one. The broth was super fresh and tasty, and the noodles had that perfect chewy-soft thing going on. There was this herb in the toppings that smelled really clean and bright, plus a slice of lime you squeeze in yourself, which totally made the whole bowl come together. We ended up ordering extra noodles and finished literally everything, which honestly surprised me cuz I wasn't that hungry going in. They had chili oil on the table too and it smelled amazing. The sweet fermented rice drink was self-serve, which was a nice touch. And they give you these little pickled veggies on the side — I like to add a splash of water to them first, feels a little healthier that way lol.
