You can watch the auntie and uncle cooking everything right in the open kitchen, ladling out the broth and meat, super lively vibe. The whole place just smells amazing. The stinky tofu was legit too, really authentic. If you can't handle spicy, no worries — they have a few noodle soups you can get mild. Been open for years and the flavor is always on point. Whenever I'm craving Hunan noodles this is where I go. And if I'm over at Chaoyue mall and the food court lines are crazy or I just can't wait, I bolt over here to slurp up some noodles instead.
