Dishes
Braised Chicken FrameBraised chicken frames is a traditional dish primarily made with chicken bones. The preparation involves cleaning the chicken frames, marinating them in a specially prepared braising sauce, and then slowly simmering until the flavors are fully absorbed. The dish features a bright red color, tender meat, and an aromatic braised fragrance.
Fermented Tofu DriedTofu skin is a soy-based product made by coagulating soy milk, pressing it into blocks, and then slicing, sun-drying, or frying it. The main ingredients are yellow beans and water, and salt or other seasonings may be added during the curing process.
Duck HeadThis duck head dish uses fresh duck heads marinated with a variety of spices to infuse rich flavor. After careful stewing, the duck head meat becomes tender and aromatic. Finally, a适量 of seasoning is sprinkled on top to enhance the layers of taste.
Duck FeetDuck feet, made from duck's feet, offer a unique texture after cooking. Typically, duck feet are first braised or stewed to fully absorb the flavors of the seasonings, becoming soft and tender. During cooking, spices such as chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns can be added to enhance the spicy and numbing flavor. Finally, the duck feet develop an appealing brown sauce color, with fresh and tender meat—making them an excellent dish for drinking alcohol or enjoying with meals.
Duck NeckDuck neck is a dish made primarily from the neck of a duck, prepared by marinating and then roasting or braising. The meat is firm and tender, with thin skin that retains the natural flavor of duck while absorbing the rich taste of various spices.
Quail EggQuail eggs are a dish primarily made with quail eggs, typically prepared by boiling, frying, roasting, or steaming. Quail eggs are small and delicate, rich in nutrition, with a unique texture and aroma, often used in various Chinese culinary preparations.
Reviews
- mischievous_daisyWow okay the cream horn here is honestly unforgettable — super flaky outside with this smooth, rich cream filling inside, and the sweetness is just right, not too much at all. The sandwich is huge, came with some jelly on the side that's really refreshing and cuts through the richness nicely. The place itself is clean and bright, perfect spot to sit down and rest your feet after walking around all day. Staff were friendly and packed everything up really carefully for me. Also tried the soybean bun and a chocolate horn and both were great too — lots of different flavors going on and the prices are pretty fair for what you get. Definitely would come back.
