The fish was so tender it basically fell apart, though you definitely gotta watch out for the little bones. The clay pot fish head from Tianmu Lake they recommended was a must-try, perfectly cooked with a huge head and the brain part was sooo good, super fragrant. The cold lotus stem tips were refreshing and light, and the stuffed liver with egg thing was kinda unique — really savory sauce. Service was great too, food came out at a good pace and the place was clean and comfy. Overall super happy with the meal, would totally come back.
