- Emerson_15Ordered the Ujimqin lamb with wild green onions and wow, the lamb was super tender and not gamey at all. The onion flavor really soaked into the meat and every bite had so much going on. Also got the hand-sliced fresh lamb, really good too, nice mix of fatty and lean, just dip it in the hot pot for a few seconds and it's ready. The sesame sauce they make in-house is insanely good. Staff was super attentive, kept adding broth and ingredients without us even asking, and seating was all organized. Place was clean and the copper pot setup is perfect for sharing with a group. At the end they gave us a homemade hawthorn yogurt thing on the house, sweet and tart, really cut through all the richness. Definitely coming back.
