The server kept coming over telling us to put it out, but didn't say anything to the other table, which honestly felt kinda unfair and made us pretty uncomfortable. We killed ours right away since we knew smoking wasn't allowed. The ribs were crispy and flavorful but had way too much fatty meat, got kinda greasy after a bit, the cold side dish helped balance it out though. That pickled radish salad was tangy, sweet, and super crunchy, really helped cut through the grease. The cumin pork cartilage had this great cumin and chili aroma going on. The stir-fried rice noodles were the star of the show, so chewy and springy, totally coated in that rich sauce, spice level was just right, and the celery and diced meat in there made every bite super satisfying. Overall it's authentic Xinjiang style food, portions are generous, flavors are solid.
