The meat is all cut and grilled fresh, and they nailed the timing so it's crispy on the outside and super juicy inside, not dry at all. The pork fat edge and the meat tendons — just close your eyes and order them, seriously so good I couldn't stop eating. The vibe was clean too, which for a BBQ spot is kinda rare — not greasy or sticky at all. Service was on point as well. And the price? Super fair for what you get. Perfect for hanging out with friends or late-night skewers, this place is already on my "go back forever" list. Definitely coming back!!
