Reviews
- AlexLover11"Hands down, the best experience with Beijing Shabu-shabu I've ever paid for! A real 5-star review for the beautiful meal at Ran Guo Liagou. Both the taste and the service were beyond satisfactory! For two people, the cost was 1806 yuan. You can book a private room in advance (with a 500 yuan deposit), and there's a 25 yuan service charge per person. No minimum spend required! They can set up a birthday scene and give you a Polaroid as a keepsake. After the meal, the restaurant even sends you noodles and a dessert, making it feel extra special. We ordered a set meal (the special-selected beef sirloin and brisket for 998 yuan) and added two more types of meat (the special-selected beef top round and tenderloin for 439 yuan and 319 yuan respectively). The set includes meat, vegetables, rice, and unlimited refills of eggs. Before the meal, we were served two appetizers, and during the meal, we got mushroom soup and soft drinks to help cut through the richness. The taste is Kansai-style shabu-shabu, where you first coat

- QuinnTaster65On a whim this Saturday night, we were lucky to find a table available. We ordered the more expensive special selection ribeye and the more affordable choice cut top sirloin. The ribeye, with its higher fat content, was more tender and delicate, with a rich meaty flavor. The top sirloin had a stronger beef taste and a firmer chew, perfect for those into fitness. The egg fried rice was as tempting as ever! The flounder sashimi was a visual treat with a taste that matched expectations—性价比-wise, it's one of the better appetizers here. Thanks to our server, Xiao Ran, for the excellent service throughout. With quality protein and carbs to fill us up, it was another perfect meal to enjoy and take away!

- AlexFan73My friend and I dined on wagyu beef here, and the atmosphere was very comfortable, quiet and cozy, perfect for a leisurely chat between two people. We ordered the special selection of wagyu sirloin, which was tender and smooth, melting in your mouth, with beautiful marbling. The waitstaff were attentive, helping to skim off the scum in the pot and reminding us of the cooking time for the meat. The sweet sauce for the sukiyaki complemented the beef perfectly, not too rich. After the meal, they even provided a citrus dessert, which was a nice touch. Overall, the dining experience was relaxed and ideal for a date.
