The standout thing here is the clear broth hotpot, they literally use Nongfu Spring mineral water as the soup base, and you can seriously taste the difference — the meat comes out sweet and fresh. You HAVE to order the Shengli Daban beef and lamb platter, the portion is huge, easily enough for two, and the meat is super fresh. Also try the natural ranch cartilage lamb — holds up even after simmering forever, doesn't fall apart. Service is great too, the staff actually come by to refill your broth and tell you exactly how long to cook each thing. Per person it's a little pricey, but honestly given the meat quality and the vibe, it's worth it for hanging out with friends or a family dinner. Oh and heads up — definitely call ahead to reserve on weekends or you'll be waiting forever for a table.
