- petite_nutmegThe hand-pulled thick noodles had amazing chew to them, and the seafood noodles were absolutely loaded — whole pipi shrimp laid right across the top, and the sweet and salty flavors together were such a nice surprise. The broth was so good it practically blew my mind, especially after I added their rice vinegar and chili oil — sour and spicy, super appetizing. The blanched razor clams were plump and tender, barely any grit at all, really clean and refreshing. The place isn't big but it's spotless, and you can see right into the open kitchen which makes you feel good about how fresh everything is. The owner was super down-to-earth and pointed us toward a few dishes that locals love, and honestly the whole meal just hit the spot. Definitely coming back.
