Reviews
- retro_roseStopped by a sushi place in Wangfujing APM after a long day of walking around, and honestly it was a really nice surprise. The salmon sushi was thick-cut and super fresh, had that nice fatty melt-in-your-mouth thing going on, and the vinegared rice was spot on. The sea urchin sushi just dissolved on your tongue, not too fishy, a little sweet, and didn't feel heavy at all with the rice. The conveyor belt had tons of options and the sweet shrimp sashimi was huge and so fresh and sweet. Staff was friendly, food came out fast, and my kid was having a blast picking out whatever looked good. We'd totally come back.
