They're the thick-skinned kind with not a ton of filling, and I was kinda skeptical at first but it totally works. The skins are super chewy and bouncy, almost like they've got that handmade stretch to them. We grabbed the pork and corn dumplings plus some pork and chive ones and just dunked everything in vinegar and chili oil, classic move. The dipping sauce bar is fully stocked so you can go wild. Service was friendly and quick, place was clean and bright. Not the most "fancy" dumpling spot but the quality is legit and the price is super reasonable. Definitely gonna be back when I'm in the area.
