The outside was nice and crispy but the inside was super tender and juicy. They bring it out already cut up so you just grab a piece, dip it in the seasoning, and dig in. So easy and so tasty. The place itself was pretty clean and had a lively vibe, and the staff were really friendly — every time we had a question they were right on it. We also ordered a few Hunan-style dishes and the portions were huge and the flavors were legit, all four of us were completely stuffed. For the price it was a total steal, definitely gonna come back next time!
